Friday | 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday | 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling or rescheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the following policy:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time with no penalty.

Less than 24 hours notice is considered a "late cancellation" and will require a charge of 40% of the service to compensate our estheticians.

No shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service cost.

Appointments that are booked within the same 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

If we have the availability to move your appointment to an available opening on the same day, we will waive the cancellation fee.
Product Return Policy
Skin care and other retail products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, regardless if the product is opened or unopened. All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift certificate, valid at Revitalize X Bloom. Cash or card refunds are not available. No refunds will be accepted after 14 days from the purchase date.
